Ham, Cheddar & Egg Bagel

The best part of waking up just might be this breakfast sandwich.


  • 1/2 pound Fischer's Sliced Ham
  • 4 bagels of your choice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup shredded gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper


  1. Mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a bowl.
  2. Heat butter in a nonstick pan. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add eggs to pan and use a rubber spatula to gently move eggs around the pan as they cook. Once almost cooked, sprinkle cheese on top of eggs to melt it.
  3. Set eggs aside and add ham slices to pan to warm them. Remove from heat.
  4. Build sandwiches by spreading a small amount of mayo mixture on one bagel half for each sandwich. Top with spinach, ham, and cheese-topped eggs. Place remaining bagel halves on top and serve.
