Loaded Tater Tots
- 1/2 lb. Fischer's Bacon, chopped
- 2 lbs. tater tots
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. salsa
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Spread the tater tots and bacon on the sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Top the tater tots and bacon with cheddar cheese after flipping. Bake for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool. Top with salsa and sour cream.
